    • Payment Data: We do not store card details. Payments are processed through external secure payment gateways (LiqPay, Fondy, etc.), which independently handle this data.
  • 5.4. Technical and Organizational Security Measures:
    • Regular updates of server and software systems.
    • Use of firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS).
    • Data backups performed daily or weekly (depending on the service).
    • Periodic internal security audits and access log reviews.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Space AI does not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

  • 6.1. With Your Explicit Consent: e.g., if you agree to a partner promotion and we share your email with the partner for their offer.
  • 6.2. To Comply with Legal Requirements: if a lawful request is received from authorized bodies (police, tax authorities, etc.), we must provide necessary information in accordance with Ukrainian law.
  • 6.3. Payment Providers: When you pay for services, we share minimal data (amount, currency, order ID) with payment providers. Your payment details are processed by the provider and not stored on our servers.
  • 6.4. Hosting and IT Partners: To maintain the Site, we share server access (IP addresses, logs) but do not share personal data in readable form. Partners must adhere to confidentiality obligations.

Under no circumstances does Space AI sell, lease, or rent our contact databases (email, phone) to marketing agencies without your prior consent.
